La pobreza es ser indiferente

We are not indifferent to the problems of the most needy and vulnerable in society.

In the current context of economic recession and global financial, with glaring impacts the lives of millions of people is imperative to mobilize and sensitize the Portuguese society for the understanding of poverty and social exclusion as human rights violations. And this is the goal of the initiative "For Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion", which runs from 15 to 19 October.

It is hoped that the activities:

Contribute to raising awareness of the issue in question;

Call for the participation and activism;

Covering as much as possible all public areas and involving different sectors of civil society;

Involve, wherever possible, the participation of people in poverty and / or social exclusion;

Allow the use of the organizations resources, reducing costs.

No somos indiferentes a los problemas de los más necesitados y vulnerables de society.In el actual contexto de crisis económica y financiera global, con impactos evidentes en la vida de millones de personas, es imperativo movilizar y sensibilizar a la sociedad portuguesa para la comprensión de la pobreza y la exclusión social como violaciónes de derechos humanos.

Cubriendo todo lo posible las zonas comunes y la participación de los diferentes sectores de la sociedad civil;

Hacer participar, siempre que sea posible, la participación de las personas en situación de pobreza y / o exclusión social;

Permitir el uso de los recursos de organizaciones, reduciendo los costos.
